cynthia + jordan | thamesford, ontario | london ontario photographers

Autumn came and left in a flash and scarcely was there a shoot to be had in "perfect" fall weather. I honestly enjoy the rain and even though shooting in it for long periods can be a challenge (both to the subject and the gear) a little photography in the rain is a-ok by me.

When we met Cynthia and Jordan for their engagement session, our nice and slightly-overcast day rapidly deteriorated into a rain bomb. Not before we had a chance to have some fun with these two along the riverbank though. What a simple but great location they chose; we had lots to work with and they didn't mind us dragging them through the weeds and trees to get around. When it rained, Jordan made an umbrella for his lady with his jacket as any gentleman would do and it was a pretty darn cute scene.

Cynthia and Jordan, thank you for embracing the rainy portion of your shoot and for being so great to work with! Can't wait for the wedding in May. And Cynthia I hope that rockin hair held up for the party that night : )
